Your Wedding day is your personal and unique story.
The person you choose to have capture your day is one of the most important decisions you will make!
Not only will your photographs be how your day will be remembered, but your photographer will be by your side the whole day (well, I try not to be that noticeable) so it’s important you like how they work, their style, approach and personality to name a few.
ZMP Approach
I describe my approach as relaxed, no bossing you around all day. I have a documentary style and am a storyteller, a moment chaser; capturing the events as they unfold. I do include some traditional photography such as the group photographs and bride & groom portraits where I do give some direction and prompts, which can me a little more set up and also creative! These need not take lots of time away from enjoying your day. I'm all about you spending as much time with your guests! I'm also more like a friend than just a photographer and am there to help with anything you need on, leading up to your day and afterwards!
I describe my work as warm, relaxed, fun, joy evoking, authentic and creative!
I've been told in the past that my photographs have a film-like feel, which I love! This is where the authentic and luxury comes to play. Afterall, bookng a Photography for your Wedding is a luxury experience and one you won't regret for so many years to come.
Your Wedding Journey
You enquire to see if your date is free
If it is, I send you examples of my work and my photography guide, and a shot list or contract template on request.
We then book a zoom consultation to chat about your day, get to know each-other and share any details you already know about your lovely day. I share more about how I work, how I keep your photographs safe & can be of help on your day.
Once you book (Yippee!) I send a digital contract and you pay a deposit.
You'll have a chance to then book a date for a pre wedding photoshoot! These are highly recommended especially if you're camera shy or would like a feel for what it would be like on the day (maybe you have a pet you'd like to be involved)!
Leading up to the date we will talk in more detail, I send a questionnaire and we finalise details around 4 weeks before the day.
Your Wedding Day is here!
Your Awesome Day will be captured thoroughly, resulting in 2000+ photographs taken and once I get home, I back up your photographs & then piece together a preview of some of the best moments from the whole day to send to you in the next week!
This is so you can receive some awesome highlights asap to look at and to share with your friends and family asap!
You will then receive your beautiful photographs up to 10 weeks after your day (it takes time perfecting your photographs) as well as your handcrafted album if you decide to order one.
You will also have FULL access to your online gallery to share with family and friends, who can download as many photographs as they desire & even order prints & extras.
